These Terms apply to the 1200 platform (https://1200.run) and all associated services. By accessing 1200 or using any of its services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms have been prepared in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. 1200 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Reasonable advance notice will be provided wherever possible.
This service is available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Accurate and complete information is required when creating an account on 1200. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or permanently closed at any time. Each person may hold only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing account details with or transferring an account to any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify our support team.
Users must not engage in any fraudulent activity on the platform, use software to gain an unfair advantage, or attempt to steal another user's information. If such activity is detected, the account may be closed and any associated balance forfeited.
Platform Usage Rules
1200 is intended for personal entertainment only. Commercial use, reselling, or operating the platform through any automated system is prohibited. Scraping, crawling, or collecting data from any part of the platform without authorization is not permitted.
Users must comply with all applicable local laws. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in their jurisdiction. 1200 does not guarantee the legality of this service in any specific location.
- Posting spam or misleading content on the platform is prohibited.
- Any attempt to harass or harm other users is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to bypass security measures is strictly prohibited.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on 1200 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Transactions may be cancelled if incorrect payment details are provided or verification fails.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe once verification is complete. Suspicious transactions may require additional verification, which can temporarily delay withdrawals.
Bonuses and voucher offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after a specified amount has been wagered. The terms for each offer are detailed separately on the relevant offer page. If bonus abuse through irregular betting patterns is detected, the bonus may be cancelled.
Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. 1200 complies with applicable financial regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1200 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Evidence of a Terms violation.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- Use of a false identity or misleading information.
- Use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
- Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
If an account is closed, any refund of a valid balance is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances in accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited. To voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1200 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected by 1200's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of this content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
The 1200 platform may contain links to third-party sites or services. These links are provided for informational convenience only. 1200 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before use.
Limitation of Liability
The 1200 platform provides its services on an as-is basis. 1200's liability for any loss or inconvenience arising from technical issues, network outages, or server downtime is limited.
